My Rating: 3.5*'s

My Review:
I really feel for Cheyenne in this book. Not only does she lose her adoptive parents, but her world is turned upside down. Thank goodness for her best friend Colt who has been there for her through  everything. Just as things finally progress beyond friendship, bombshells start dropping on her one after another.

Cheyenne feels betrayed quite a few times in this book and honestly she frustrated me a bit. Maybe because I was seeing better from all perspectives than she was, but at times I just wanted to shake her and say get over it.

Colt is the sweet, reliable, safe choice for Cheyenne. He is been there for her ever since she has known him. Their relationship has just gotten started and already it is severely tested.

Callon, Callon, Callon... I love the mysterious guy who acts cold and distant but you just know has so much passion for Cheyenne underneath. I really wish they would get it together already. Yes there are some twists that make Cheyenne not trust any of the guys, but I really feel that she has the best of both worlds with these two!

This story was a great start to a series, I think that the next one will definitely be a step up. I'm looking forward to seeing what will happen.
