The hunters become the hunted…

When Rebecca's childhood abuser avoids prosecution, it sets her on a path to revenge, revenge on any man who preys on the innocent.

Twenty-three-year-old Rebecca poses as a child online and sets her trap, luring one predatory sex offender after another to their deaths.

When a severed head is found washed up on a windswept estuary beach, the police begin their investigation.

The internationally bestselling author of White is the Coldest Colour is back with a heart-racing, electrifying psychological thriller packed with suspense.

Interview

Is There a Message in Your Novel That You Want Readers to Grasp?

All my books draw on my experiences as a police officer and child protection social worker. I wrote A Mind to Kill at least in part to draw attention to the insidious danger posed by criminal sexual predators who target and groom potential victims online.

Is there anything you find particularly challenging in your writing?

Editing! Writing the book is great fun. The editing not so much, but it has to be done.

How many books have you written and which is your favorite?

I’ve written six, five of which are currently available on Amazon. I’m told my latest book A Mind to Kill is the best, but I’ll leave that for others to decide.

If You had the chance to cast your main character from Hollywood today, who would you pick and why?

A Mind to Kill is a female revenge thriller. I’d love Emma Watson to play Rebecca, the key character. She’s a wonderful actor and the last person you’d think was a serial killer.

When did you begin writing?

I wrote articles for newspapers and magazines during my child protection career, but White is the Coldest Colour was my first novel.  It was published in May 2015.

How long did it take to complete your first book?

Two years.

Did you have an author who inspired you to become a writer?

There’s so many; too many to mention.

What is your favorite part of the writing process?

Seeing where the story takes me.

Describe your latest book in 4 words.

Dark psychological suspense thriller.

Can you share a little bit about your current work or what is in the future for your writing?

My next book is with my agent, and so it’s wait to see. I’ve started writing a seventh book, and have signed contracts for books in several other languages.
