She Do Run Run is a fast, double-shot-of-espresso read. Its heart-racing story can be consumed in a few quick hours.

Jenny’s life is shattered when her Special Ops husband is killed. To escape the pain, she falls into a dangerous cycle of random sex and booze, and one night she kills a violent man.

She runs off into the unknown, desperate to survive and change her life. That’s when Lieutenant Jon Dowling appears.

Interview

Is There a Message in Your Novel That You Want Readers to Grasp?
Forgiveness of oneself and redemption

Is there anything you find particularly challenging in your writing?
Facing that blank white page every day.  It’s so…well, empty and sinister looking.

How many books have you written and which is your favorite?
I’ve written three, working on two more.
I love them all, and sometimes I hate them all.

If You had the chance to cast your main character from Hollywood today, who would you pick and why?
Kat Dennings.  I love her look and her edgy approach to roles.

When did you begin writing?
In college -- short stores and articles, mostly about crazy love.

How long did it take to complete your first book?
Six months and several good bottles of Pinot Noir

Did you have an author who inspired you to become a writer?
I love Anita Shreve’s writing.  Also love Jane Austen and the great detective writer, John D. MacDonald, who my father turned me onto.

What is your favorite part of the writing process?
Getting that first spark of an idea and developing it.

Describe your latest book in 4 words.
Time Travel for Redemption

Can you share a little bit about your current work or what is in the future for your writing?
I’m working on a revenge novel, but I want the lead character to face herself, her own selfish past, and grow through love and forgiveness.

About the Author

I'm a Florida-based writer, who loves all things romantic, with a shot of suspense.  I also love to write Time Travel Novels.
When the characters keep me up nights, I feel good about the story.
