INTERVIEW

What was your main drive to write this book?

I had hoped to write a motivational book like this since I was a teenager. I read a motivational book and hoped that I would gain enough experience in life to create credible content and hopefully impact someone like the book I read impacted me. Also, leave a legacy of reference or accomplishment for my sons.

What do you hope readers will learn by reading this book?

The ability, motivation and realization to focus more on their goals, dreams and the important people in their life immediately as time is of the essence.

Did you do much research when planning this book?

The research was more of years of life experience and the process of interacting and interfacing with numerous business executives, world leaders, and governments. The actual transactions and recall of those experiences and moments were referred to as the basis for the topics and life applications.

Did you have any main people who helped you in the process of this book or influenced you to write it?

Not really. It has been a personal interest and planned endeavor for many years. I do admit, my publisher, Melanie Johnson, did light a fire under me to finally finish it though. And I am very grateful to her for that.

How long did this book take you to write from initial thought to hitting publish?

I had been writing chapters, expressions, and observations for about five years. Coordinating everything and putting it into the manuscript took about a month.

Do you have plans to write more about this topic or new topics?

I am planning about three to four other books on various topics that people have asked or supported me to write due to my many travels and life experiences.
