In my life's journey, I have relied on all those tools, as well as journaling, psychotherapy, and learning to listen to others, my body, and G-d. I have come to a wonderful place by walking on my yellow, red, and blue brick road, lined with amazing experiences, enormous physical and emotional pain, and professional and financial success at a young age. I have lost my biological family because of the things I did and the words I spoke. I have said goodbye to some who embodied both Glinda, the Good Witch, and the Wicked Witch of the West. Finding 'home' and inner peace has not been easy. Every brick path leads home for those with the strength to fight for their best life—one of acceptance, forgiveness, and inner peace. My journey will continue, and hopefully, so will yours. So, join me on the brick road—whether it's yellow, blue, red, purple, white, or any color you choose. My hand is open.
