If you’ve ever felt like parts of you went quiet in the background — your voice, your creativity, your dreams — Mom Take Center Stage is your invitation to rise.
This empowering guide invites you to stop shrinking and start shining.
With raw honesty and hard-won wisdom, Satya V. Nauth helps you reclaim your power, purpose, and presence — unapologetically.
You’ll learn how to:
Break cycles of self-abandonment and burnout
Release perfectionism and reconnect with your wholeness
Embrace your identity beyond the roles you carry
Live boldly, confidently, and without apology
Step into the spotlight of your own life — fully alive
This isn’t a book about balance.
It’s a book about becoming whole again.
Because the world doesn’t need a perfect mom.
It needs you — rooted, radiant, and real.
Q: What was your main drive to write this book?
My biggest drive was the moms who deserve to live fully and authentically in their own light. Every time I sat down to write—sometimes for six hours straight—it was with them in mind. This message wasn’t meant to stay hidden; it deserved to see the light of day.
Q: What do you hope readers will learn by reading this book?
I want moms to see that those dreams and goals they’ve shelved still matter. For the women who’ve given everything to others and left themselves behind, I want them to finally feel that now is their time—the time to take center stage.
Q: Did you do much research when planning this book?
This book is grounded in my lived experience, which I believe makes it both relatable and real. Alongside that, I researched studies, connected with mom groups, and listened to stories from moms in my community to bring in different perspectives.
Q: Did you have any main people who helped you in the process of this book or influenced you to write it?
My beta readers and critique partners offered invaluable feedback throughout the process. But the biggest influence was actually my younger self—the child in me who wrote with wonder and zeal. Writing this book was, in many ways, a way to make her proud.
Q: How long did this book take you to write from initial thought to hitting publish?
The idea came to me a few years ago, and I wrote about 7,000 words before hitting a suffocating wall. In 2024, I decided it was finally time to finish—and I did. From that spark to publication, it took a few years, but on August 26th, 2025, I proudly hit publish.
Q: Do you have plans to write more about this topic or new topics?
Yes! I’m currently working on a companion journal titled Mom Takes Center Stage: A Bold, Unapologetic, Unfiltered Journal for Moms Ready to Reclaim the Spotlight. Beyond that, I plan to continue investing in women through my writing. I have a few exciting ideas in the works, which I’ll share once they’re ready.
